The Volga-Ural Page is a web site devoted to the scholarly study
of the region of the Russian Federation roughly from Nizhnii
Novgorod to Cheliabinsk (from west to east) and from Kirov (Viatka)
to Saratov (north to south). We are currently gathering basic
information on scholars in the humanities and social sciences who
study this region in one way or another (see the list below). We
also seek to establish links with various institutions in the
region. If you wish to be included on the list or if you can
suggest a link that we do not have at present, please drop a line to Paul
Werth at the address listed at the top of the page.
