AWARDS & HONORS

• Named one of thirty-eight USC Professors of the Year by Gamma Sigma Alpha, the Greek Honor Society, Spring 1999.
• Outstanding Teaching Award for Teaching Assistants 1997-98.
• Best Paper in Rhetorical and Cultural Studies in the School of Communication of the Annenberg School for Communication at USC, 1996-97, for "Reconsidering the Narrative Paradigm: The Implications of Ethos."
• Selection to the 1996-97 Presidential Fellows Program. The program is a university-wide graduate leadership and community service training program run by the Leadership Institute in USC's School of Business.
• Dean's Fellowship award for service to the Annenberg School during the school's reorganization, Summer 1995.
