Arnold! Though it is not really that funny. Arnold wasted a whole bunch of taxpayer money trying to get his way. And now he says he'll still move forward on his plans despite the voters telling him no. And at least one of the propositions was poorly worded having two items in one. BFD wanted to vote yes on part of one and no on another part so she voted no on the whole prop. Had it been done with two propositions Arnold might have gotten some of what he wanted.

You know what might help? Condoms. While I sincerely hate the idea because I think people should take responsibility for their own actions, I wonder if free birth control pills would be less expensive to the state than welfare programs for the unaborted or administering and enforcing the "report to the parents" program.
What if they required parental consent before the girl gets pregnant? I think I'd vote for that.
