Move It Down
No time to post but I had to put something up so people won't say "Hey, Cinco De Mayo is so last Monday." But I'm busy, busy at work and I'm trying to get ready to get to Santa Barbara for Mother's Day and I just don't have a creative thought in my head.

The Little Wynn
Well I am not a megabucks winner this Monday morning. I won $6 which I put back in and then I got another $6 which I put back. So I left in the exact same financial position I arrived in. Maybe next week.
But I am rich when it comes to bread! I made the bread from Artisan Bread in Five Minutes A Day and that was fun and rewarding. It is easy to mix up the dough and then it is just there in the frig waiting for me to make fresh bread whenever I feel like it. My bread isn't quite as pretty as the bread pictured in the book but it tastes good with a nice soft interior and a crusty exterior. The only adjustment I will make is to add a little less salt than the recipe calls for.
