Collections:
A collection of all manner of mining equipment from Comstock tools, ore cars, hoists, working models of square-set timbered mines, diagrams, stamping, tools used in smelting/separating ores, etc. Collection also includes about twenty fashion dolls (30'') displaying fashions recreated from Godey's Ladies Books.

Focus :
The Truckee Meadows Community College Archives collects all TMCC publications, student publications (e.g. The Truckee, The Meadows, The Echo student newspaper), minutes of TMCC committees, design teams, faculty senate, standing committees and minutes of related bodies such as the Foundation. Finanical reports, building plans and photographs are also collected. There is an extensive collection of early community college planning documents and strategic plans. Papers of retired TMCC administrators and faculty are also kept.
Collections:
Muriel Breland Collection: papers and files of Muriel Breland, executive assistant to the former Dean, Bert Muson and his successors, Dean and later Vice President, Patricia K. Miltenberger and Vice President Ronald Remington. Files include historical information on policies and procedures of the college and various committees. Jo Anne Dain Collection: papers and files of Jo Anne Dain, head of the TMCC business department. John Gwaltney Collection: papers and files of former TMCC President, John Gwaltney.
